This Privacy Policy explains how Aurelia Sites ("Aurelia", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services, including our template library, AI Custom Prompt Generator, and subscription plans. By using Aurelia, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
• Usage information: records of the templates you view or download and the prompts you generate, which we use to enforce plan limits (e.g. monthly download and generation quotas).
• Support requests: the subject and message you send us through the in-app support form, together with your account email, so we can answer your request.
• Guest activity: if you browse without an account, a small counter is stored locally in your own browser to track your free preview generations and copies. This never leaves your device unless you create an account.
• Billing information: payments for Pro and Pro Plus are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — we only receive your email address and subscription status from Stripe.
• Technical information: standard log data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

• To provide your account, deliver the templates and prompts you request, and enforce your plan's limits.
• To process subscriptions, receipts, and renewal reminders through Stripe.
• To send service emails such as welcome messages, payment confirmations, and pre-renewal reminders.
• To improve our library, fix problems, and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and to count free-usage limits for guests. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear local storage at any time from your browser settings.

Service emails (account setup, receipts, renewal reminders) are part of running your account. Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can opt out of product emails at any time from the unsubscribe page linked in our footer and in every email.

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• AI providers — when you use the Custom Prompt Generator, the concept you type is sent to our AI provider to produce your prompt. Do not enter confidential or personal information into the generator.
• Hosting provider — the infrastructure that runs the website and stores your account and usage records.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver our service.

We keep your account and usage records while your account is active. Subscription records are retained as required for accounting and dispute purposes. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us through the channels on our Contact section.
