Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aurelia Sites, including our prompt library, AI Custom Prompt Generator, and subscription plans. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Aurelia.

Aurelia offers a curated library of AI generation prompts ("templates") that produce premium, animated landing pages when used with AI code editors, plus a Custom Prompt Generator that creates new generation prompts from your concept. We aim to add new templates weekly and to keep the service available, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. Pro Plus members may receive early access to templates before their general release; early-access templates may change or be replaced before publication.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Aurelia. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

• Starter: free, with a 7-day trial, access to free prompts, 5 template downloads and 3 custom prompt generations per month, for personal projects.
• Pro: a recurring monthly subscription that unlocks the full premium library, unlimited downloads, the Custom Prompt Generator, and a commercial license.
• Pro Plus: a recurring yearly subscription with everything in Pro, early-access templates, white-label rights, and priority support.

Subscriptions are billed automatically through Stripe until cancelled. Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes won't affect the period you've already paid for. You can cancel any time — you keep access until the end of the paid period. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on paid plans.

Monthly limits (downloads, generations) reset at the start of each calendar month. Automated scraping, bulk-downloading, sharing accounts, or attempting to bypass plan limits is not permitted and may result in suspension.

• Paid plans (Pro & Pro Plus): you may use every template and prompt in unlimited personal and commercial client projects. You own the sites you build.
• White-label (Pro Plus): in addition to the commercial license, you may present and deliver the sites you build from our prompts as your own work, with no Aurelia attribution required. This covers the sites you build — not the prompts themselves (see below).
• Free / guest use: templates and prompts are for evaluation and personal projects only — no commercial use without a paid plan.
• What you may not do: resell, redistribute, or republish Aurelia's prompts or the library itself as a competing product, template pack, or dataset. The prompts are the licensed asset; the sites you generate from them are yours.

Your AI editor builds the final site — results depend on the editor, model, and your customizations. Prompts are engineered for pixel-perfect output with modern editors, but we can't guarantee any specific result, and you're responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing what you deploy.

Don't use Aurelia to build or promote unlawful content, malware, harassment, or anything that infringes others' rights. Don't probe, overload, or attempt to break the service or its integrations.

Aurelia retains all rights to the service, library, prompts, and brand. These Terms grant you the usage license described in Section 6 — nothing more. You keep all rights to content you create and the sites you generate.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant uninterrupted access or error-free operation, and we're not liable for issues in the third party AI editors you pair with our prompts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurelia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections that should survive termination (licenses already used, disclaimers, liability limits) remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Aurelia Studio is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms as the product evolves; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current Terms.
